Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (privacy code) art. 10 and of the European Regulation GDPR 679/2016 art.13.

We inform you that the processing of your data will be carried out in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Legislative Decree 101/2018, relating to the Provisions for adaptation to national legislation to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/4716, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as to the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46 / EC (general data protection regulation), in full compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality established by current legislation.

1. Purpose of the processing: A) obligations under the law, regulations and community legislation or provisions of the supervisory authority and bodies. B) Management of customers, suppliers (e.g. lists, invoices, orders, quotes, complaints, contacts). C) Personal management and curriculum vitae. D) promotional activities and commercial communications.

2. Method of treatment: it is carried out with the aid of IT tools and paper supports, with the use of previously organized safety procedures.

3. Mandatory / optional nature of consent: consent to data processing is optional.

4. Refusal to give consent: refusal to give consent will prevent the fulfillment of orders and the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations. The refusal to give consent to point D blocks the sending of commercial communications. The provisions of art 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and of the European Regulation GDPR 679/2016 are reserved.

5. Data communication: the data can be communicated to the persons in charge of the treatment, contractual parties or to the Authority in the cases provided for by law.

6. Scope of diffusion: The processed data are not subject to diffusion.

7. Rights of the interested party: as per art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 and European Regulation GDPR 679/2016.
- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
- The interested party has the right to be informed:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2 and of the European Regulation GDPR 679/2016;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
- The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment occurs proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
- The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
